خلاصـــة

فى إطار ما حدث من تطور فى العلوم النووية وتقاناتها خلال القرن العشرين وما تبع ذلك من ازدياد الاستخدامات المفيدة لتلك العلوم والتقانات تزايدت الجهود الدولية الساعية نحو مساعدة الدول على توفير نظم الأمان النووى من خلال إصدار التشريعات التى تضع الممارسات التى يمكن أن يصاحبها تعرض للإشعاع المؤين داخل سياج قانونى متين ثم تدعيمها بإصدار اللوائح التنفيذية المنظمة، وقد حرصت معظم الدول العربية على إصدار تشريعاتها المنظمة للعمل بالإشعاعات المؤينة والوقاية من أخطارها وقد استمدت هذه التشريعات أسسها ومبادئها من التوصيات الدولية والنظام القانونى العام للدولة. وقد تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى أربع فصول يتناول الفصل الأول: مفهوم تشريعات تنظيم العمل بالإشعاع المؤين ويتناول الفصل الثانى: التوجه الدولى نحو إصدار تشريعات الوقاية من الإشعاع المؤين ويتناول الفصل الثالث: تشريعات تنظيم العمل بالإشعاعات المؤينة فى الوطن العربى ويتناول الفصل الرابع: تشريعات الوقاية من الإشعاعات المؤينة فى جمهورية مصر العربية.

ABSTRACT

In the framework of the developments taking place in nuclear sciences and technologies during the twentieth century and the resulting increase of useful applications of these technologies, the international efforts aiming at helping different countries to establish nuclear safety systems. This was also increased through the promulgation of legislations that render the practices, which could be accompanied with exposure to ionizing radiations, more safe within a firm legal system that is also backed by promulgating suitable executive regulations. Most Arab countries are keen to promulgate their legislations for regulating the work with ionizing radiations and protection against their dangers. Those legislations usually get their genesis and provisions from the international recommendations as well as from the general legal system of the country.

The present work consists of four chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of legislations for regulating the work with ionizing radiations. Chapter two discusses the international trend to promulgate legislations for protection against ionizing radiations. Chapter three includes an analytical comparative study on the legislations that regulates the work with ionizing radiations in the Arab countries. Finally, chapter four deals with the legislations for protection against ionizing radiations in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
